Download and install the current version (4.3) of FastStone Image Viewer (freeware for personal use). Install MGI Photo Suite then do nothing more with it. This works on my laptop’s Windows 7 Home Edition 64-bit and the desktop Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit OS.
